At sadbhav engineering we realize the importance of R&D in our business. We have set up a Centre for Research & Development, an in-house unit of S.E., at The centre experiments and evaluates new construction materials and analyses their practicality and suitability for effective and economical use in the construction industry. |

| In the reporting period, the Group had around, employees, mostly engineers, focusing on R&D activities. Support for theses and the possibility of gaining a doctorate as part of a sadbhav engineering innovation project make an additional contribution to developing forward-looking ideas and recruiting new highly qualified employees. |
