Sadbhav Engineering Limited, incorporated in 1988 as a private company in the State of Gujarat, by Shri Vishnubhai M. Patel, having rich experience in construction field since 1968, took over the running business of M/s Bhavna Construction Co. w.e.f. 1st October 1989.
 
At sadbhav, we converged our focus on the roads, mining and irrigation sector. We aggressively participate in the BOT opportunity in the road sector. We chose to adopt an integrated approach of developing & constructing road projects. Interestingly we believe in  minimal sub-contracting.
 
In the past one year we were awarded three BOT projects in consortium. The focus to not participate in equity but also execute a significant portion of the EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contracts.  It has also been awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Productivity, Quality, Innovation & Management by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi.
 
The company has been awarded one more BOT project for Strengthening and Widening of Ahmedabad ring road through a consortium with Patel Infrastructure Private Limited. The total project cost is Rs. 560 Crores. The Ahmedabad Ringroad infrastructure limited, a Special purpose vehicle (SPV), has been incorporated for the execution of the said project.

The hands-on approach of our senior management coupled with their experience gained over the years helps us execute the projects smoothly and better.
We prefer to own all the equipment rather than leasing it. This ensures total control over our operations.
We have a centralized workshop at Ognaj, Ahmedabad with well equipped facilities for repairs, adequate inventories of all critical items and trained, experienced technical personnel. Equipment is regularly overhauled and repaired resulting in minimal breakdown problems.
Till date, we have executed 57 km of work of 458 km long main canal system Sardar Sarovar, one of the worlds largest canal’s We have entered the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) segment, which has the potential for higher returns. The consortium of Gammon India Limited, B.E. Billimoria & Co.limited and ourselves have been awarded the Vadape-Gonde 4 Lane BOT project. construction cost of the said project to the extent of Rs. 48600 lakhs has been part sub-contracted to us by Gammon India Limited.
